Refund policy

A 30-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship the package and return it to the designated address. Items returned before a return request has been made will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including fresh produce (food, flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific products.

We apologize, but sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and purchase a new one separately after the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing a valid reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refund
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether your refund will be approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and make the payment.
